Use It

The Coffee Shop Scenario:   Wireless Client and Wireless Internet Source

In this scenario Internet access is provided by a wireless access point.  The THF use it's wifi client radio to connect to the access point and another radio to create a new private access point for up to four of your devices ( your laptop, tablet or phone) to connect to.  Your devices wirelessly connect to the THF and it connects to the world.  When you create a VPN tunnel the traffic of all four devices is encrypted and tunneled.

Since any USB capable battery will power the THF  you can just turn plug it in,  toss it into your purse,  briefcase, or knapsack and just stay within about 100 feet of it to use it.

The Laptop Scenario:  Wired Client and Wireless Internet Source

In this scenario Internet access is provided by a wireless access point.  The THF use it's wifi client radio to connect to the access point and connects to your device(s) via an Ethernet cable.  The Cable can go directly into your laptop or into a switch to protect  up to four of your devices.  The THF is so small it can be attached by velcro to a laptop and powered off of the USB power provided by the laptop.

The Hotel Room Scenario:  Wireless Client and Wired Internet Source

In this scenario Internet access is provided by an Ethernet Cable.  The THF use it's Ethernet port to connect to Internet and uses it's internal WiFi Radio  to create a new private access point for up to four of your devices ( your laptop, tablet or phone) to connect to.  Your devices wirelessly connect to the THF and it connects to the world.  

The cool thing about this is that you are not tied to the Ethernet cable,  just stay within about 100 feet of it to use it.   It also enhances security in case the person in the next room is running a sniffer and recording traffic of every guest plugged into the Hotel's network.
